Testing activities are underway for VOLT at MxV Rail in Pueblo, Colorado.

This phase is focused on validating system integration, operating assumptions, and real-world conditions that matter to rail operators — demonstrating how an existing locomotive can be hybridized as-is, with minimal modification, while preserving the original asset and unlocking meaningful diesel fuel savings.

It’s an important step as we continue advancing VOLT as a practical, scalable battery-electric solutions with a clear path to real operational ROI.
