Dayton-Phoenix Group Announces New Advantage Series™ Rooftop AC Unit and Phase Out of Older Rooftop AC Unit

Dayton, Ohio - Dayton-Phoenix Group is announcing the introduction of the new ADVANTAGE SERIESTM Rooftop AC unit. This Rooftop AC unit is designed as an upgrade and replacement for our existing FFRT 2806700 Rooftop AC unit.
As a result of this product introduction the prior generation of certain rooftop ac units, are being phased out and cancelled according to product life cycle management. Details on the specific part number and lifecycle status is as follows.
Product Phase Out (M30)
- We wish to inform you of the product part number FFRT 2806700 has entered the Product Phase Out (M30) lifecycle stage where the planned discontinuation of this unit is August 30, 2018.
- New orders for these older units will no longer be accepted after August 30th, Spare parts, Repair/Refurbishment will remain available.
- A new successor series product The ADVANTAGE SERIES™ Rooftop AC part # 2817500 is the successor product that is dimensionally equivalent and performance enhanced.
The new ADVANTAGE SERIES™ Rooftop AC will go into production in July and be available for sales in August 2018.
The ADVANTAGE SERIES™ Rooftop AC units are engineered to move you into the next generation of cab cooling technology with improved efficiency, increased capacity, operating range and reliability. This environmentally–friendly cooling system is designed as an upgrade and replacement for our existing FFRT 2806700 ac unit.
